Make your own candles

Fill a balloon with tepid water and dip it in melted wax (do not dip the balloon farther into the wax than up to the water level, or it will probably pop) until you have a substantial amount of wax around the outside of the balloon. Then pop the balloon, pour out the water, and fill it with wax.
